Service Description

This is a 2hr "Classic" Lash Extension application service that gives a beautifully, natural-looking, exaggerated lash line. ARRIVING WITH LASHES & EYELIDS MAKE-UP FREE & THOROUGHLY WASHED CLEAN PRIOR TO ARRIVING IS REQUIRED! Please be sure to read the Appt. Q&A page and "Dirty Lash" & Cancellation Policies before booking to prepare for this service. A booking will be successfully reserved & confirmed after placing a deposit on your chosen appointment selection. The deposit will go toward the total cost of service at the end of the appointment. (Note: If extensions still remain from a previous lash service, an extension removal service may be needed prior to having a new full-set applied.) If you have a contagious illness please reschedule 24hrs before appt. & be aware of the cancellation policy. For safety reasons children and animals are not allowed at appointments, as your eyes will be closed the entire time.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION + NO SHOW For cancellations & to avoid being charged, please be in contact 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Please leave a voicemail & include your name with the appointment time you'd like to have canceled at  (206)853-1272. A "No-Show" on a scheduled appointment will be considered a cancellation with less than a 24hr notice and the deposit will no longer be eligible for refund. For appointments scheduled the same day , the cancellation policy does not apply & deposits will not be refunded.  As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 24 hours by email. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the amount of your deposit for the cancellation. If you reschedule or no show your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the amount of your deposit for the cancellation. A credit card deposit for all clients or appointments is required at the time of booking and will go toward the balance at the end of service, unless the aforementioned cancellation/no show has occurred. This is to protect your time that is set-aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books at random by clients via online booking. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention and of course, the best lash work! The **2.6% + 10 cent credit card processing fee** on deposits made to reserve an appointment online, cannot/will not be refunded for any reason whether or not the appointment has been made in error, canceled or rescheduled within the appropriate timeframe required.  CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without the cancellation fee penalty.
